Our patio was cracked and too high for our steps. Although we had some shade from adjacent trees. The water connection was in a covered hole in the ground. The sewer connection was a couple of inches above ground a few feet from the water connection. The potential for significant health issues with this arrangement is the principal reason for my rating. A few other sites had elevated water connections. Nice hiking at Athens Park and Eureka Rail to Trail. See All Trails for details.

The woman who checked us in was very nice. The not so good – We were warned on arrival that the electric doesn’t play nice with 3 ACs running with other electric devices. Um, isn’t that why we paid for 50 amp service? Luckily, it was cool enough that we didn’t need to run the ACs. Roads a bit narrow for larger rigs with vehicles parked too close to the road. Mostly long term but appeared fairly neat. Our site was barely long enough for us to fit with toad attached. We had a very odd setup of fake grass with a plastic table and one plastic chair? The sites are very close together. We had to detach our toad to get around a hairpin turn. Why is this in an RV park? There was noisy traffic 24/7. And, of course, the internet did not work. We would have to pass on this the next time through.

Did not like hookups. Water was upside down in a hole and in a short time leaked in the entire hole. Sewer was not a solid connection, had to step on connector while draining. People walking around and talking all hours. Would not recommend

Quick and easy, pretty much all pull through and full hookups. Sites are level, if you can't tell by the name, it's not intended to be a long-term stay park. Sites seems to be level.Wifi is good, Netflix streaming with no issue.
We are thankful for this park

Owners are great. 50 amp broken at our sight but only staying one night so 30 amp no problem (and it is too difficult to change/maneuver sites so changing was not an option). We were exhausted after dealing with i75 construction so we were (and are) thankful that this little park had availability!Bathrooms are camp bathrooms. WiFi is advertised but we were unable to access(we did not contact the owners so cannot say if there was something we needed besides the given information)
