Everything was in great order and all staff was very helpful! So close to the Badlands Scenic loop too. FYI - Dont try to drive in from the south, the Indian Reservation is closed due to COVID19.
Perfect for overnight

Note: Campground appears sold and new owners about to take over... Decent enough, great for an overnight stay, hookups 30A only but fine. Great gateway to the badlands and wall. Very old park. Pull through sites and full hookup....but water filled potholes and grass looked like it had yet to be cut this year! Not nice but no other option was available. Would stay again only if last resort. Nearby BLM land much nicer but after recent rain not an option.
Nice place

Traveling thru and needed a place to stay overnight. Close to the Badlands NP and Walls Drug. Somewhat dated but nice overall. Facilities were clean and staff friendly. Was able to leave the travel trailer there in a parking area on site while we went to the Badlands park drive.

Sites are mostly pull through and close to each other, but have some nice trees, and colorful picnic tables. The site is perfectly level. The pool is nice and cool, but a little small and shallow. The hosts are very welcoming, gave a lot of tips about what to see and where the bighorn sheep might be, and which roads not to take in the black hills with a camper. Sadly, we do not see a lot of recycling in South Dakota campgrounds. They do have a bin for cans next to the dumpster, which is at least something. We did not use the free wifi, because our hotspot worked fantastic. The bathrooms are clean, and have curtains instead of doors for all the bathrooms and showers.
