Campground is beautiful, each site is private with landscaping. They have a full barbecue every Saturday free. The owners are so kind and helpful. Silver city is so cool love Tranquility Buzz. Catwalk,Gila cliff dwelling and hot springs so amazing. One week is not enough.

The laundry and bathroom / shower was clean and nice. I wish we had the time stay longer and enjoy the Saturday BBQ. They had wifi but we didn’t need it because the cell service for AT&T and Verizon were both very good.

A steal considering the quality of the park! A friendly host led us to our site and made sure we were good to go. Our site (10) is probably the nicest in the park. We had a large seating area with table and chairs overlooking a forest of evergreen trees. It was quiet with almost no highway noise. Lots of birds hanging around and even a small herd of mule deer. The sites and road within the park are loose packed gravel. You do have to travel about 3/4 of a mile on a dusty dirt road to get to the park entrance.10 minutes to the Silver City historic downtown area (recommend Little Toad Creek Brewery & Distillery for casual beverages and good food. Lots of locals hang out there.. Getting out onto highway 180 can be a bit challenging, but be patient and an opening will appear. The traffic isn't too heavy. All sites are 30/50 F/H with good water pressure (city water) at about 40psi. My Nighthawk M1 hotspot on an ATT network hung in there with 30mbps download. T-Mobile LTE was equally speedy. The park is filled with pinon's and cedars contributing to a serenity rare in RV parks. Laundry is two large capacity washers and two large capacity dryers at $2.00 each. On Saturday they hosted a BYOB BBQ where we met and chatted with our neighbors. There appear to be some long-term residents here, and their sites are all tidy and well kept.

We were pleasantly surprised with this RV park. You travel down a gravel road for a bit and the sites are gravel, but very level, clean, and private. Hard to see your neighbors. The owners put on a weekly BBQ on Saturday nights -they have an outside shelter with heaters and comfortable chairs. Did I mention the food was delicious!

  • 3 night stay to visit so many interesting sites in Silver City area.

John and his wife the owners are very friendly and even had a saturday night BBQ for anyone staying in the park. Our sight was newly graveled and clean. The neighbors were very friendly and the whole park seemed to be happy people. I can not say enough on how this place is really trying to make the stop over experience easy and enjoyable. This is not "camping" yet it is not "glamping" however you feel real comfortable while there. Would return in a heart beat the next time we are in the area. Side note, we understand that these are new owners and they have been improving the park according to the input the campers are giving them.

We highly recommend Manzanos and it’s new owners. Keep them in your file, they have lots of great ideas for making this RVpark even better- adding boondooking area, tent camping, dog run. I can see why so many people come and can’t seem to leave.

We stayed at lot 21 which had an awesome view of sunset and mountains. The owner walked us to our site and told us a couple ways we could pull in depending on our preferences. They have owned the park only 8 months and have done so much to improve it. We didn't hear a peep from neighbors. Site was spacious as well.

It’s always a little nerve racking arriving at a campground traveling with a 43’ 5th wheel toy hauler and dually truck wondering if we’ll actually fit in the site they have for us. John greeted us warmly like old friends and assured us they had a great site for us that both our truck and trailer would fit. Site 10 was roomy and they had others that would’ve worked for us as well. While we were there the owners, John & Barbara, smoked brisket to share at a socially distanced barbecue, it’s always so nice to stay at a place where the ownership is invested in the experience. There are trails to walk through the land surrounding the campsites. Very quaint, nice sense of community, friendly ownership, laundry, and full hooks up, we’d be happy to stay there again!

There are plenty of long term residents, but they were very nice and the park is well kept. This is a great hub to explore the Gila National Forest, as the entrance to road 15 is just down the road.

The RV park is somewhat hidden until you get there but she talked us through it real well. It was about the same price as the KOA a few miles away. But the sites appear to me more private here.

Sites are scattered around the property rather than in rows so feels more like a state park. The owner met us on arrival and escorted us to our site. Park is very quiet yet just a few minutes to Silver City. Two hour awesome scenic drive to Gila Dwellings.

A small(ish) park but spaces that will accommodate large rigs. The smallish aspect is nice because both the owners and residents are very friendly and helpful. There is a nice little clubhouse that offers a pleasant sitting and visiting area, both inside and out. A little book and DVD library are available. One each mens and women's, private bathroom which are kept very clean. One washer and dryer, $1 ea, we did a lot of laundry and there was never a back up. The owners are long time residents of the area and can likely answer any questions you might have.
