Easy access off I-90 and quick check in. We proceeded to pull through site 5 with FHUs. The campground (CG) owners could not have been nicer. As we were traveling with another couple, they gave our friends site 4, which pulled in the opposite way so our doors faced each other across a nice sized yard area. As we were traveling with another couple, they gave our friends site 4, which pulled in the opposite way so our doors faced each other across a nice sized yard area. The yard area was large enough that if you didn’t know the people across from you, you’re still far enough away to not be camping with your neighbors. There was no cable but we got a good OTA channel variety. We received 4 bars on Verizon. The CG WiFi was above average. Great water pressure.  There’s a gas station at the CG entrance with a good diesel price, so that was handy. Nice place for an overnighter or a few days.

Great place to stopover for a night if you’re traveling on I-90! We called around 9pm asking and if they had availability and they did and we were able to get set up over the phone so we could just roll right up to our site late. Most sites are pull-thru, but the water and electric are set up so that the pedestal is shared between sites. No big deal but I did not know until I pulled in and had to turn around. This was a stopping spot on the way to Mt Rushmore. It’s a larger campground and primarily dirt/gravel spots fairly level. Large rig friendly, full hookups, WiFi a bit spot but the offer it. They also have a separate dump station if needed , playground, basketball courts, easy check in process and friendly staff. This is a sweet little campground just off I90. It was clean and only about 25% full, so quiet. The bath and shower room was always clean and stocked. We were looking for a place at the far edge of our willingness to drive that day. Full hookups were a requirement so that we could run our AC through the northern plains heat dome that was happening. This place was a good match. It was very quiet - it seemed like it might have been populated with seasonal workers. It was very quiet - it seemed like it might have been populated with seasonal workers. Staff was nice, had what we needed, and the town was pleasant enough for the morning dog walk. No complaints; also no joy. It was a serviceable service stop.

I’m getting smarter. Choosing directions on map do no always work. But....the address got us there. Nice, level pull through sites. We were happy to find this site after stopping in 2 earlier towns whose campgrounds were out of business.

We pulled in right at the beginning of an hour long downpour. The office staff was friendly and helped us decide which site would work for us and the family member traveling with us. The sites are wide enough and long enough to fit with our fifth wheels and trucks. Not extremely level but not the worse we have seen. Hookups were fine, no issues. There are trees near many of the sites so some shade. We would stay again when passing through the area.

We pulled in late afternoon, due to bad weather. The campground worker in the office was nice, and we found a few spots to choose from. Sites are pretty torn up, and not very level, hookups were fine.
