If you're just passing through this campground is very convenient just off I90 (although partially hidden and hard to find BEHIND the Super 8 Motel). The owners (who also operate the Super 8) are very nice and keep a clean, organized and very nice campground. All sites (I think) are full-hookups (although we only used electric), the wash-house is immaculate, the noise from I90 is surprisingly minimal and all in all a nice, simple place to stay while passing through.

Only down side was the location of the pet area. Rather small and far from some sites.

Glad they had a spot. Strange to have campgrounds behind hotels right off the freeway. Never had that experience before. The campground is decent, there are some trees, but in August the sun in the west skips most of the trees and hits the RVs especially those of us on the outskirts of the park - no trees out here. The site was long enough, barely, to accommodate us without unhitching the car. A lot of large rigs here and plenty of space between the sites. All in all a reasonable place to lay our heads for the night. I wouldn’t plan to come here if one of the campgrounds had been opened. You are right next to the freeway so you will hear traffic.

The park managers are very friendly. There are 30/50 amp sites most of the sites are pull through. Most sites have sewer as well Nice level gravel sites. The interstate is directly adjacent to the campground so you do have some road noise. Compared with other campgrounds near here, this has a little more shade, yet still ample room for a big rig. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open.

A very convenient stop along I-90 with easy access and long, mostly level pull thru sites. All amenities worked as they should. Numerous gas and dining options very close by. Campground itself was well maintained and check in went very smoothly. Park is very close to the Interstate and there is definitely a good degree of road noise here.A good place to spend the night, especially if you are visiting the Corn Palace.

Mitchell is a nice community with neat and clean tree lined streets.Everyone is very nice the campground hosts were congenial and pleasant. Enjoyed our stay. The campground is spotless with a very clean laundry center. The train runs by on occasion, not at night, and the big truck noise is worst in the mornings . Traffic noise is common when close to i-90. The forest is behind where we heard pheasants. ????

When we got there we were sssigned site 503 which turned out to be in their overflow area. It was gravel and had water and electric as expected. However, it did not have a fire pit, or a picnic table and we were crammed in side by side with other campers. Also, we could not connect to the free internet at this location. I would go elsewhere next time.

Nice spot to stop for the night. Had a pool for our use but we didn’t use it. It was right by I-90 but the noise was really not that bad.

This is a nice small rv park that is convenient. The staff was helpful and it was clean. My wife used the laundry and the kids went swimming in the pool and enjoyed the small playground.

I want to say first of all I don't give five stars to just fancy parks. I base it on cleanliness, staff, site quality and amenities. This park has a very friendly staff (camp hosts). This park has a very friendly staff (camp hosts). Kind of tight spaces but we could open our awning with ample room. Sites are gravel and pretty level. Bathrooms are older but clean. Super 8 is up front of the park so we share a small swimming pool and small playground. Wifi is excellent. There is cable but they provide a cable box at the office for free, otherwise your antenna will only get one or two channels. Lots of roadwork going on now on Burr Street and looks like it will be going on for awhile but no problems getting in.

It's right off of interstate 90, but surprisingly quiet. Sites are level, provide full hookup, and there are lots of shade trees. The town boasts the world famous "Corn Palace," which was somewhat interesting, and has all the amenities you need to restock supplies. Great for a stopover and a good value at $15, not sure I would stay longer.
