Water pressure extremely low, was advised no pressure regular needed as there was one on the spots, however it was not a regulator it was a back flow preventer. No sewer hookups, but the place is infested with sewer flies. There is a dump station. All spots are 70 ft pull thrus with 30/50 amp service and water.

  • Good for an overnight stay; beware of bait & switch for full hookup sites

The people who run the place are friendly and cordial enough. We spent three nights there: two at half price on Passport America, one night at the full price of $45. The senior woman and her mother who run it are right out of a Sam Peckinpah movie as well as the little store that doubles as the RV park office. They have some full hookup 50 amp sites and some electric & water only sites. Most sites are pull through with gravel. We thought we were getting a full hookup site; but they gave us water & electric only. We can handle that, but we preferred full hookup. While we were there we noticed two empty full hookup sites that we could have gone into. When we confronted the owner about it, we were told that they were reserved for later arrivals. It turned out that one of those full hookup sites was never occupied while we were there. I suspect that if you reserve through an RV discount membership program, they'll put you in an electric & water only site and keep the full hookup sites for full paying customers. Don't know this for a fact, just my opinion.Cell phone service was poor for Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint. Our weBoost Drive Reach cell phone booster added another couple bars to Verizon LTE and Sprint 5G, plus 4-5 bars for AT&T.

Everyone who worked here was great, and the PA discount wasn’t bad. There is water and electric on site (some have sewer but ours did not). Sites were gravel and not wide, length good. Dump station on site, no Verizon cell service at all!
