No cable but they do have internet. I heard trains a few times but my husband never heard them. Bathhouse was dated but clean. They even provide hotel style soap in the shower. If they had cable and better internet I would have given a 5 star rating. The site was level. We will definitely stop here again.

If you have kids that would enjoy some of the amenities like mini-golf and the reptile park, it might even make sense to spend two nights here. The campground is located on about as far from the interstate as the property allows, so road noise isn't too bad. It's well laid out with pull-through and back-in sites. For the most part the back in sites aren't going to fit anything over 30 feet. The parking pad (and roads) are asphalt and there is a nice patch of grass beside each of the sites. Most of the sites have a single tree separating it from the next site, so you will also get some shade. All of the sites are well-maintained and access to the utilities is convenient. The sewer hookup is a bit old school. A small concrete pad with a steel trap door leading to the pipe. No threaded sewer connection at our site. So bring your donut if you are staying for more than an overnight.

Gated campground with security, grounds and bathrooms are very clean. The laundry room is two washers and 1 dryer between the ladies and men’s room at bathhouse #1. We had a back in site, if your rig is 28 ft or longer and your black tank is in the rear you will need a really long sewer hose. It’s a nice place to stay right off the highway. Very limited road noise, lots of lights within the campground, it did not get dark. I’d stay again.

Used AAA/Good Sam. Rolled in around 7pm unannounced. Spots were pull through with full hookups on both sides. Sites were clean. Not sure you would want to spend more than one night since it’s very close to 95 and not much scenery.

Sites have been upgraded. All full service. Cost was $44 for 30 amp pull thru. Couldn’t get on there WiFi system. Picked up over 50 air tv stations. Very clean, could just here a little road noise. Secure. Would stay again. I have straight talk and was able to get a usable signal.

Pull through site was plenty long for our truck and trailer. Road noise not too bad and I felt pretty safe within the gated campground. Will not hesitant to stay here again in the future. They also offer military discount which brought the total to around $44.00.

They are adding additional pull through spaces in this section-no construction being done when I was there. There is not much shade in this section. I arrived in the afternoon on a 95 degree day and it took a good bit of time for my AC to cool off the camper. There seemed to be another section further back that looked full but I did not explore that area. Overall, it was quiet and my only complaint was the lack of shade - make sure to ask for a site with shade if you are traveling during hot weather. I might stay there again mostly because it is exactly 1/2 way to my final destination.

Walk across the road to take in the tourist area. The hat has an elevator to the top for about $2 each. Great view. The steakhouse provides good eating. There are a number of diners and restaurants nearby. You never sausage a place!

It was so much better. We actually stayed here twice this summer. Both times we just wanted a place to sleep with hook-ups for AC. For this need, the campground was perfect. This is not a campground we would stay at long term, but a safe place to sleep along Interstate 95. The campground is tucked behind all the stores and nights. It is gated and you receive a key card to access the campground. There are several bath houses which have lights at night and the site numbers are lit at night. Other than that the campground is dark and lights of the South of the Border "strip" are not bothersome in the campground. There are many long pull through sites. Some back in sites and tent camping are also available. Sites are paved with electricity and water. There is a dump station available. Between sites there is a grassy strip with a picnic table. There isn't privacy between sites. Camping gives you access to a pool at the motel, we didn't use it. Also, there is laundry available, we didn't use that either. Bath house was painted cement block and not at all fancy, but was clean and had a hot shower. There is campground wifi which worked during our first stop, but not our second stop. We would stay here again as a place to sleep with hook-ups for AC.If you arrive after the campground office closes go to the motel to check in.
