The grounds are neatly kept, pull-through hookup was easy. There had been a bit of rain prior to our arrival and so the ground was soft but we didn't have too much trouble in leveling.Byron came out to meet us when we pulled into the driveway, to lead us to the space. I had needed to call the office a couple of times leading up to our stay and Wanda did not remember my name or our conversation regarding the reservation I had made with either phone call, but we sorted it out upon arrival. Ten dollars per night for two nights' hookup (PA discount, cash only) was good enough to make the stay worth the confusion.Access to things like a nearby grocery store are simply not there. We had to drive twenty minutes to the other side of Augusta to find a supermarket (Googling 'supermarket' pulls up a bunch of places which turned out to be unrelated businesses and abandoned buildings in the Beech Island area). Cell service was fine...We use Consumer Cellular for phone and a T-Mobile hotspot for internet. If we needed a place to hook up we would probably stay here again, if no other options were available.
Great Price and Well Maintained!

This little RV park is very clean, and the sites are nicely spaced. There are some people that are long term, and I met one lady whose been there for a year. We did need to do laundry and find a dog park (because, there really isn't much room for exercising your dog here). So, I recommend North Augusta for both things (10 miles). People are quiet and respectful. The management/owners are super people! I would stay here again.

We were traveling from Savannah to Augusta and found this on Campendium. We are self contained but needed fresh water and to dump but decided to just stay. Only $20 cash and Betty and her husband were super nice. Even though they didn’t have an open space, they made one for us with water and electric. Super basic campground with no bathhouse if you need that…worked out perfectly for what we needed.

Wanda and "The Gatekeeper" are both very nice. We paid $10 per night for the first two nights with Passport America. After that it was $90 for a whole week. Monthly rates available too. Water, sewer, and 30 amp. No cable, but our antenna was able to pick up all major networks from the nearby towers. Would stay here again.
