Paid $26.50 with Passport AmericaPros: Clean and level sites; Friendly staff; Low hanging branches and narrow lanes with curves for ingress and egress, however, a big rig can get in; Easy to find from I-380; Great WiFi; Quiet; Good power and water pressure; Pretty park with lots of shade trees; Well-maintained; Small pool; Laundry; PlaygroundCons: Older shower room in Bath House: Hand sinks and toilets were clean, but the shower stalls had some mildew and spider webs; no paper towels.Notes: There are very few sites that can accommodate a large rig, so call ahead! Also, there are quite a few long-term/seasonal residents with yard art and decks thru-ought the park.
