We came in after hours and were greeted by the guard who led us to our site and instructed us to put the $30 (cash only) overnight fee in the payment slot at the office. The next morning when the office was open we paid $40 / day for the rest of the stay. No problems with our full hookups. The place is quiet and had no problems with neighbors although there weren't many around in late September. The place was a little deserted which we enjoyed. The sites face each other which is good if you are traveling with friends or family. Fortunately for us, there was no one next to us. we did not use the bathrooms which were very outdated but very clean. The dirt roads had some potholes. there was a mix of new rigs, old rigs, and rundown shacks that might have been something respectable at one time. Some in various stages of being protected from winter weather. Seemed like the kind of place where people minded their own business. We had a very relaxing time there. The people at the musty camp store /office were pleasant and helpful. We exchanged a propane tank for $20. It turned out to have a leaky valve. Be careful on the way out if you turn right when leaving. A short distance down the narrow road is a sharp turn with a stone wall inches away from the passenger side. Yikes!I would stay here again. Cell phone coverage was ok.
