Overall the campground was very nice, very clean. The people in the office were also nice but after trying to get our deposits back for over a week the office lady still hasn’t returned our calls. On the weekends quite time doesn’t exist; the people behind us kept us up until 3 am for 3 nights in a row!!

Charged me wrong amount, told me wrong information regarding the P.A discount and was very rude when mistake was bought to her attention, then yelled at me for going over the 5 mile speed limit (which I didn’t). Heard similar stories from other guests. Asked for WiFi password twice, code I was given already expired. No excuse for this rudeness, plenty of other places to stay.

This a wonderful family campground with 2 pools and other activities for children. We stayed over the 4th fof July weekend and they had entertainment, fireworks and gave tractor rides to children around the campground. Sites are close together. Our gravel site was about 6 inches unlevel side to side but with several wood boards we managed to level. The internet was down the entire time. We made a reservation for a 30 amp site. When we arrived, the office was closed but paperwork attached to the door for us directed us to a 50 amp site. When I called the office and asked why we were put on a more expensive site than we reserved, the woman indicated she was out of the office but would get back to me. She never did get back to me so I did not pursue it further. However, I only needed a 30 amp site and I reserved a 30 amp site. Recognizing it only cost about $25 more for our stay, I still don't appreciate being put on a more expensive site without our approval or at least an explanation when I called the office. It just isn't right and I will never know if it was a deliberate attempt to get a few more dollars from us.
Peaceful durning week. Weekends very busy lots permanent sites taking most of park.

Lots of seasonal people and very quiet by Monday morning. Our site was very unlevel with passenger side being low so had to use a lot of wood etc. to raise us level so much wheels were off ground a bit. Water pressure was low but everything else was good.Lots to keep families busy on weekend from train rides for kids, ice cream social, potluck, bingo and wine tasting. Two pools; indoor and outdoor. Nice playground. Little cafe but never saw it open. Laundry nice.WiFi a bit slow even during week. We had pretty good satellite reception.

We here there during the week when things were peaceful. I am sure the place is a zoo on the weekends. So keep that in mind.If you have a big rig (anything over 12 tons), DO NOT follow the directions on their website to get into the campground. There is a 12 ton weight limit on a bridge on Silver Valley Road. Instead approach from the west and take Cottontail Lane in. I let the owner know about this...they may change the directions on the website. We had a "buddy site" which was appreciated. Our coach faced our friend's. The roads in the park are gravel, the pad was a mixture of gravel and grass. There was lots of grass around our rigs. Most of the seasonal sites are in the trees. Us transients get open grassy sites. That is great if you have satellite TV!There are no OTA TV channels. But there is basic cable that gives you the major networks. The WiFi was surprisingly good....but remember we were there during the week. Verizon was two bars and worked OK. I am sure kids would have a blast at this place. The pools were nice. Outside pool was not heated, inside pool was. Laundry was $2.25 per machine. We were happy with our stay. Just beware they are packed and sold out on the weekends.

We got the most unlevel site with about a 5 degree slope front to back. There were unoccupied level sites nearby but they didn't want to give us those apparently. Also the camp was super loud with kids and construction. But if you're not a curmudgeonly old man you probably wouldn't mind. Nice pools. Yes. Two. Indoor and outdoor.
