Stayed here for two nights as a transient on the way to Michigan. Open after November 1st which is unusual and appreciated. Very picturesque/scenic with all the camping spots. Even the permanent sites were all well taken care of. Looks like the owners make sure the residents do the right thing to not become an eyesore. Has full hookups, and good bathrooms. We used a Goodsam 10% discount to get our rate. Be sure to walk over to the abandoned bridge to get a good view of the river, and look through the woods at the old iron ore furnace that sits along the shore. Limited local OTA tv stations only. We had a 30A hook up. If you are heading west/east on I-80 its worth it as a pit stop for a couple days. Really pretty camp store.
