My partner and I were downsizing and relocating and they were able to help us until such time. Great office staff and site management. Always did what they could.

  • Budget friendly, 1 hr North of Philly

Our site was a tad awkward to pull into as we have a fifth wheel so we had to discreetly move a mailbox to detach the truck...however it was no trouble. We were right across from the laundry room, which houses the wifi, so we had awesome wifi most of the time. We received the weekly rate. The office staff was wonderful. We loved that you receive an actual street address so that your mail is delivered directly to your door (perfect for our Amazon Prime deliveries). Trader Joes was about 40 minutes away and we were an hour from Philly. There is shopping for the basics relatively close by. A really great stop for us traveling from NY to Hershey, PA...this was right on a great route for us. No amenities for kids..but mine enjoyed playing in the big field near the entrance and riding their bikes around the park.

This isn't really an RV park, it's an adult/retirement mobile home community with some vacant lots (paved and level) which are rented out to RVers until someone decides to install a mobile home on them. That said, the staff was very helpful and the permanent residents were all friendly and we felt welcome there, and the price was right...moreThis isn't really an RV park, it's an adult/retirement mobile home community with some vacant lots (paved and level) which are rented out to RVers until someone decides to install a mobile home on them. That said, the staff was very helpful and the permanent residents were all friendly and we felt welcome there, and the price was right. There's nothing scenic about it since it's not a campground, it's a residential neighborhood, but it worked for our needs: a home base near Philly for a week. A couple sites had picnic tables, but ours didn't. The street we were on had four RVs and four mobile homes. There were plenty of residential streets nearby where we could go for long walks with our dogs. The free WiFi worked sometimes, but often we had to revert to using our hotspot. We might stay again if our main goal is a place to park northwest of Philly.
