Cons: don’t follow gps instruction here, super steep entry/exit, but paved & smooth, spots close to each other, Pros: calm & quiet, great hook ups, level site (stone with grass), pool looks amazing but it was closed until end of May, pizza delivery ‘Diddlebugs’ easy peasy, WiFi mediocre- in and out
Perfect for what we needed

The resort part with the pool had not yet opened. This park is about 15 miles from our home, so it was an easy trip. First off, the host Connie, on the phone was extremely pleasant and made sure that we understood everything when taking our reservation. Said that there were a number of sites open and we could show up early if we chose and she would ensure that she didn't have our site booked the night before. We didn't encounter the issue with scraping at the entrance and in fact, I didn't see what everyone was talking about. The confirmation email gave clear check in instructions and sure enough, they were perfect. The park itself is very clean and well maintained. It is also gated. I believe all of the sites are full hookup and all of the utilities were located close to the coach and were clean and in perfect working order. Our site was overlooking a nice pond where people were fishing. The site itself is gravel but table top level. Other positives were that water pressure was very good, the wi fi was super strong, and there was very good Verizon cell reception. It was also very quiet at night. The only negative that there is really no place to walk a dog. We travel with a small dog and our walking options were up and down the park road which is about 75 yards or so. There appears to be a trail at the one end of the pond, but we weren't sure so stayed away. Pets are not permitted to walk down to the pool area and although I understand that, it was kindof a let down not to have anywhere to walk around. For what we needed, it was more than perfect.

Hugh and tons of grandparents and grand kids, but they have everything there to have fun. the lots are good. kinda tight but good, cell phone worked great, wi-fi depends on time of week, during the week was great, weekends it sucked, negative things: entrance/exit sucked. very sharp turn to get in or out, and on the way out, cant see to the right very well and there's lots of traffic. then a steep hill down, register then a steep hill up to ur camp site, the lots are to close together, the guy next to me had a camp fire going most of the time and the smoke came right on my rig. it i wanted to open my windows i couldn't cause of the smoke. checking in she said she don't give good Sam because they give you a free night if you stay a week, she said its 65 dollars a nite, but web page says 55 a nite, i was charged 350 bucks, that 350 for week or 5 dollars off a nite, didn't seem right,so cause of the charge i wont stay there again, real nice people tho, but they charge to much for what they have,
