The OAC has rallies here at least twice a year; this was our first stay. The RV park is very well maintained and sits along side the Willamette river with many of the sites right along the bank. The sites are pretty spacious for an RV park with a nice grassy area between each pad. Many of them are pull-through. The park includes decent WiFi and we had good service with both AT&T and Verizon. There is an active railway across the river but we didn’t find it too loud and the trains infrequent. There is a lot to explore in the surrounding area. We’ll definitely be back.

We then proceeded to pull through site 52 with FHUs for our two week’s stay. This was our second time here and we love this CG. The pull through was plenty long. We were able to maneuver our 5th wheel to position it around a large shade tree so we could get our slide and awning out plus have the utilities more centered on our rig. We had great water pressure and needed to use our reducer. Their cable worked well but WiFi would slow way down to the point of being unusable during peak periods (mid morning and late afternoon). We got two bars on Verizon. There’s also a nice sized fenced dog area and decent priced laundry. There’s a self-serve soft ice cream station for $1 at their small pavilion. River front sites are fairly uniform in size but the high 30s through mid 40s will give you the best river view plus you can really hear the rushing of the river. We nicknamed back-in sites 61-68 at the end of the CG “kiddies corner” as this was where the families camped during our stay, which included over the 4th of July. The CG does not allow fireworks and this fact seemed to be a draw for campers with dogs to escape fireworks noise. Like many CGs we’ve stayed in this year, this one was pretty full everyday. Unless you want to stay for a day or two or move sites every other day, you need to reserve early. Based on their full capacity, they need to upgrade their WiFi and need additional garbage dumpster capacity. Other than that, Casey’s is a first class operation and still our favorite campground out of the 150+ CGs we’ve stayed in.

Located on the Willamette River, this is not a normal one night stand place to stay, this is where you go for a long weekend to just kick back, hang out, and chill. Though it was hard to "chill" over this weekend, but the park did their best to make their guests comfortable, including a soft-serve Ice Cream maker at a $1.00 a cone. The river was inviting for kids and adults to cool off. During the hottest part of the days, everyone retreated into their air conditioned RVs, emerging in the evening when the temperatures dropped to a more comfortable level and the sun went behind the mountains.Originally, we were scheduled to be here in May of 2021 for an Airstream Newbie Rally with the Oregon Airstream club, unfortunately we had to cancel. As a newbie, I can appreciate the park more now that we have a little bit more experience under our belt. The pull through sites are long enough for those of us who need lots of room and they have front row seat to a view of the river, but the interior roads are a little narrow so navigating is doable, but could be a little daunting at first to a newbie.Their internet was good, I am using it now to do this review. Cell service for us was non-existent, we're on T-mobile, but saw others on their phones. The staff is wonderful, so helpful, friendly, and on top of things. Hook ups are conveniently located for most. A transformer blew while here, probably with everyone running their air conditioners at full speed, but they had it serviced as quickly as possible on the same day and on a Saturday evening, and it only affected part of the park. The park is well maintained, you can see and feel how much they care, it is in the midst of nature so there is a bit of naturalness to it. :-)Closest town is Oakridge and Eugene, Oregon is about 40 miles away.Close by is some of Oregon's Covered bridges, find out more here https://www.oregonlive.com/travel/2017/09/oregons_54_covered_bridges_a_r.html.

The park sits on the Middle Fork of the Willamette River and nearly every site has a view. The sites are big, level, offer full hookups, cable and many have shade. Most sites are also pull through, though we choose a back in site in the second row which overlooks a small patch of lawn without any rigs blocking our view of the river. There's a pool, laundry and Oakridge offers basic shopping, though Eugene is only about 40 miles away. The Verizon is good enough for streaming but the AT&T fades in and out, even with the booster. Not much bad to say. There are railroad tracks nearby and it can be quite loud at the far end of the park but up front, it's not bad. Other than that, we really enjoy the beautiful surroundings and peaceful setting.

We had to cancel due to Covid-19 restrictions in this town (not allowing visitors but this RV park was open). They kept our $45 deposit and then charged another $45 after we cancelled. Also when I looked online the entire park was sold out so they would have had zero problems rebooking our site. Places like this with poor customer service in unprecedented times make we very wary to recommend.

Yes, train tracks are across the river and pass my all during the day and night, you pass by a non 5 star trailer park as you enter and the pool is tiny. That said...you have to still experience Caseys and the North Fork of the Middle Fork of the Willamette River to realize that those blemishes are nickels and times to the wealth of relaxation and joy you can experience at this park. If the toot of a train irritates you, the flowing sound of the river will be deafening...best stay away. The sites in the front row, whether pull through or back in, sit on the banks of the river and you own a 180º riverfront view. Just steps away from your site, you have available to you, trout fishing, swimming and tubing or rafting. Hiking trailheads and pristine lakes are but a short drive away away. But if you want to just relax while enjoying your favorite book, beverage or grill, this is the place. And this river is beautiful. Water quality is one of the most outstanding attributes of the North Fork as its source, Waldo Lake, is considered one of the purest in the world. We have seen bald eagles, osprey and river otters while sitting on the banks. Fly fishing can be very good if you get out and wade. The new owners have worked extremely hard at upgrading this campground. Each site is immaculate, kept groomed after each guest leaves, lawns are very thick and green, kept mowed and leaves blown. Wi-fi signal is strong and so is cell service. There is an ice cream machine, cones are not free, but for a $1.00 you can have a huge cone or bowl of soft serve. The nearby town of Oakridge can accommodate all your shopping, dining and fuel needs.

Traveling from AZ through Montana, Washington down to Cali and back home. We were on our 10th day out of 14 days to visit 11 National Parks.I called to see if they have vacancy for one night. The person on the phone seamed very odd after I told him we have a small pop-up A-liner. Asked how old the trailer is, if it has canvas sides or if it’s all hard sides. (We’ve stayed in many parks never had those questions but ok, whatever.) Asked if we have a sewer connection, which we don’t. Asked how many people are traveling. There are 3 adults and 2 children. After I said that, he told me “unfortunately we need to deny your RV” because there are too many people in such a small space! The camper sleeps 4 adults! I don’t understand why that would be an issue? We use the camper to sleep in only as we travel thru US. I’d like to know why that would be an issue

The space between sites is grassy and obviously some sites are better than others. I was here on a fall weekday and didn't have reservations and I had the only site open for the night. From talking to people who regularly stay here, this park is full most of the time and reservations will most likely be needed in the summer. I think I can understand about the owners as I wanted to stay another night and the host was pretty sure a site would be open. But then Q-dog barked (2x) because she was being impatient and I never got a call about the opening. But that wouldn't stop me from coming back again.Yes I heard the train in the morning although it was as I was getting ready to leave. For some reason, I liked this train even with the blowing whistle because the tracks run right up against the hillside and it seemed poetic. But for some, it is a train whistle fairly close to the park.I had a riverside site, so you can look out your front window or side lawn and see, hear, watch the river go by. I definitely enjoyed the riverside site but there are also sites further back from the river.

The river is gorgeous.Unfortunately, a train passes by every couple hours and it's very loud! I use to live close to the rail road tracks, so I thought it would be ok, but it's so loud and comes by in the middle of the night and early early morning! Not what I was hoping for.The morning fog is absolutely gorgeous here on the river! There is a Verizon tower up on top of the hill, so LTE coverage is fast and effective! 15mbsThe pool is super small and is heated by solar panels, so if it's cloudy... no warm pool. The last thing I will say about this place, is that I was going 7 mph through the lot and one of the host ran me down in a golf cart and told me that I was speeding.Seriously? hahaha... we just kind of laughed it off, but they are definitely strict about their speed limit here. Having a 4 year old, I can respect that I guess.Oh and they charge $1 for a crappy ice cream cone.
