This RV park is in a great location, and puts you in close proximity to Portland. The sites aren't huge, but most have a grass pad, which can be rare these days. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a few months while husband worked in the area...that being said, we would love to stay here again next time we're in town!

My only complaint during check-in was that you have to temporarily park your rig on a severely downward angled hill. Make sure to use your parking brake! Make sure to use your parking brake! We stayed in site 32 and it was rather cramped. They did warn me when I made the reservation though that our 28 foot class A RV would barely fit, as the site is only 29 feet long. Thank goodness it was paved and level. Each RV site includes adjoining space to park your tow car or truck. Very clean private bathrooms. The laundry was quite a deal at only $1.50 to wash (40 minutes) and $1.50 to dry (60 minutes.) We ordered a package during our stay and it arrived with no issues. A beautiful garden is located near the river and guests are welcome to help themselves to complimentary produce and vegetables. We picked a few strawberries and tomatoes and both were excellent! The free campground wifi worked at our site and it was pretty good. My AT&T phone had 3 bars and my wife's Verizon phone had 3 bars. The 17 free cable channels were a bit fuzzy but we still enjoyed them. Campground is located in a busy area of town so groceries and other shopping are only a few miles away. Highway 99 West is insanely busy so be careful when exiting and entering.

Some of the sites are sloped so bring plenty of blocks to level. Most are level. I stayed in 74 and it was a little sloped, but I managed. Over all the place is really clean and well kept. No park for kids but we were out and about checking out the area. So that wasn’t an issue. The restrooms and laundry rooms are very clean.

Nothing fancy about this RV park. Just needed a place to stay and catch up on errands after being in Canada for a week. Quiet.

The park has all the basic amenities which are in good working order. The sites are a little tight but I had no trouble with my 25' TT. The site was just long enough to fit my 25' Airstream and Dodge 2500 truck. There's about a 5 foot grass area between sites. Its a good park to use as a base to explore Portland and surrounding towns. The wifi was very usable, it became congested late afternoon most days. We had very good Verizon LTE coverage which is our primary internet access. There's a fairly steep grade that you have to park on to stop and register. The steep grade continues down to the lower sites where we stayed. Its a little intimidating at first but not as bad as it looks. Overall this is one of the better private RV parks we've stayed at.

Were we in the area for pleasure rather then helping family with some family issues I would have definitely stayed somewhere else. The park is clean and the people are nice BUT the spaces were VERY tight together. We couldn't fully deploy our awning because at about 7/8ths of the way out it touched our neighbors rig (and mind you both of us were on our slabs). We were in the spaces in the center of the park which are the tightest and really have no lawn or outdoor area. There were other spaces around the perimeter that were wider (but most were also shorter).Their WIFI was fast but the owner lectured me on not suing it for anything other then email because they have a very limited internet connection, and that if we used too much bandwidth they would shut off our connection. I think that will bother a lot of people, modern day RVers tend to be data users. We just used our cell, being in a city we had both great AT&T and Verizon coverage. There is a median on the road outside, so when you leave you can only exit one direction and have to go about 1/2 mile down the road to make a u turn.[Actual stay was 09/09/15]
