We stayed at Misty River RV Park to escape the intense smoke from the fires this summer. It was a beautiful and much needed breath of fresh air. Our site was right along the water and fairly level. There was a dog park and a very clean laundry facility. The driveway to get to the park was very steep

We loved our stay here along the Wilson River. The sites are good sized all around, especially on the river. We weren't able to get completely level front to back, but it wan't a big deal for us. FHUs with 50 amp all worked well and were easy to set up. No cable and the WiFi is spotty. We don't use showers or laundry rooms, but they have both in the middle of the park. Easy recycling and central trash bins. Very nice owners - and they do enforce the rules. The seasonal sites are well maintained. One place to access the river and we liked being right next to the path. Fire pits in each site are set up pretty well for avoiding smoke transfer to neighbors. Shade trees on the perimeter sites. But you aren't going to get satellite being between two tree-covered mountains. The park is between the river and Highway 6 to Portland. Unfortunately the sounds of the river don't cover the traffic noise. Still, we didn't notice it after the first couple days.We didn't catch any fish during our stay, but a couple kids pulled out a few. Rocky shore line is challenging to walk for very far. Beautiful, healthy river.Fairly steep entrance, too narrow for passing in and out so time your arrival well after check out.
