We stayed her during the winter. We are full timers. We needed to order parts for our Rv and catch up on certain projects. This little town is close to many stores and major stores like home depot and Walmart etc. service parts were east to get here too. The park is quiet and you can receive only ups or fedex at ur doorstep at ur site. They only do extended stays so they usually don’t take short stays if ur looking for a day or a week or even a month. We stayed all winter. Gas is extra which is normal in extended stays. You have the option of added internet to your site if you like as well. Nice little perks. I get 4 bars with Verizon.

We stopped to spend one night and then left Travel Trailer there for 5 nights to visit family in Portland. Got back and spent one night and left. The park is very easy to get in and out. Mostly back in spots and kind of small sites. Park is has all the essentials, is clean, and well maintained. Manager was on site and helpfull. We missed out on the community BBQ put on by the manager Friday evening. Mixture of long term and overnight travelers. We didn’t visit the area so can’t comment on local attractions.
