This is pretty much a place to park when all the other campgrounds are booked. The spots are paved with full hook ups and nothing else. There is a laundry and shower's which are clean and in good shape. I was never able to get connected with the WIFI. There is a small dog area next to the river and HWY. There are other areas close by to walk your furry friends. While this is a older park with long term rentals along with short term it is very clean overall. There is road noise as it is right off of HWY 101. The noise is noticeable when outside but not bad when in your RV. The management is very nice and Lee lives on site and is always working and keeping an eye out as to what is going on.Is it worth the $75.00 a night we paid. No but this is summer time on the Oregon Coast so everything is inflated.
