The residents had lots with some cement pads and landscaping etc. short stayers stayed in gravel rows close together near the entrance road. We had full hook ups and even Gita name badge to use facilities. We enjoyed the large pool indoor for laps and work out room. Even used the tv room to watch cable hockey game. Only 20-25 mins to Phoenix northern suburbs so nice to be in a quiet location with surrounding mountains. Staff was nice and the bathroom and showers were remodeled nicely. Would stay again for short stays.

  • AWESOME! 30 days in spot 449 for $543 ... then purchased a resident spot.

This place is on the desert surrounded by tall cacti and Palo Verde trees. It is Picturesque. Yes there are a lot of residents and they are awesome. There are also a lot of people and RVs coming and going creating a great mix of folks from everywhere. They have rules that solve a lot of the problems you find in other parks. We were greeted and helped upon arrival and led to our spot. They do require newer RVs or pictures of slightly older ones. There is the distant faint sound of a shooting range. But, I consider that 2nd Amendment applause! They have a great pool and hot tub, washing, pickle ball, etc. and great walking trails. There are two places for dogs to run free.

Lots of little mobile homes with rigs parked by them. I suspect there are snowbirds & full-timers. Not so many short termers like us.We were given Spot #2, right by the exit and really, even outside of the main gate. A LONG way from the amenties…so much so that you really wouldn't want to walk to the clubhouse. It's an expensive place, and does seem to have nice amenities, including bocci ball, pickleball, pool, clubhouse, etc. For such a big "fancy" place, it's funny that you can't reserve online and when I called to reserve, they didn't even give me a confirmation # or email. "Us talking right now is your confirmation." And then, when we checked in, it was a painfully slow process, whereby they wrote down everything SLOWLY by hand. Wrote down all my credit card info, and then just ran the card. So I left the front desk with not a great feeling. All hook-ups worked. That was good. I used my Verizon hot spot and because we were on the edge of Phoenix, we certainly had a good signal. The plain gravel sites are VERY close to each other. I barely had room to hook up without walking onto my neighbor's outdoor dining area. My wife and I had a good laugh about how close we were. It's a clean, tidy and "secure" (if your spot is inside their gate) location. But it really wasn't for us. We felt like 2nd class citizens. Won't stay here again.

The location is great for North Phoenix, and has direct access to the desert. Our first opinion of the park was that it was quite and clean but for some reason the office staff was quite rude. We are a young 55 and thought maybe they just didn't like us? We soon learned that the office staff is rude to the general population and the General Manager, Chip, is unbelievably horrible-and always 'out of the office'. The only reason we returned after our first experience was the location is close to the grandkids, otherwise we would not have returned. The office rudeness has continued to escalate and now we feel discrimination is rampant within the park office and community. If you value civil and human rights, or maybe just prefer a smile when doing business, pick another location, you will be glad you did.

Thankfully I called and took 20 minutes to get a reservation.Well maintained aphalt and gravel park. Good size dog park with some shade. Looks like they have nice amenities but we didn't use any. Very quiet at all hours, and nice and dark at night. No highway noise. No WiFi offered. Close to the little, very nice, town of Anthem with shopping and a couple eateries. Stunning views all around.Sites are very snug with neighbor, but the pull-throughs are very long.
