Not a "camping" resort but more like a temporary home in a gated community. Spaces are individually owned and controlled by an HOA so there are many rules. Pricey but that's what you pay for an upscale resort like this, we paid $350 including our Good Sam discount for 2 nights but had a spectacular site with an ocean and lighthouse view. The beach is a bit of a hike down the hill but beautiful, wide, sandy beach awaits that you could walk for miles! Nothing within walking distance for food, but Newport is only a few miles away by car, bike, taxi.
Pricey but very nice

I would spend the extra money to get a beachfront lighthouse view site I think space 141 is the best in the park. The front desk people were great
Enjoyed.
