Neat and tidy. Spaces are nice size. All pull-throughs. Full hookups. Easy access from 101 and close to beach walking. Arrival was friendly and easy. Late check-in was fast. Did have minor road noise.

  • They let us dump and get free water

We were looking for a place to fill our fresh water tank before a week of boondocking. We called this place several times, but no one answered, so we stopped by. They buzzed us in and said we could just pull into one of the available pull-thru spots to fill up and dump if we wanted to, free of charge. We are not members with their organization. The manager saw that we have kids, so he brought some popsicles out to our spot. Super nice and accommodating people! Also, there were a lot of rabbits running all over outside.

  • Friendly people
