Like the other reviewer said, Sean was really nice, but the place is in really bad shape. We only stayed here because of the Passport America rate. The place is huge and is right on the river, but it is in really bad shape. Our site was next to what seemed like an abandoned old RV and the sewer drain from another site. The dock didn’t look safe and the other buildings were so run down. The tent sites are really nice, mowed grass with out houses. Nice trails around. It’s about 10minutes to town, restaurants & shops.

Owner Sean is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that’s the only positive. This park isn’t run down; it’s dilapidated. I saw a video of this park online done by an Oregon tourism organization. It must have been done a decade ago. The permanent residents have let their “rigs” decay and the clutter is sad. Park owners need to make a serious investment in improving the park and facilities.
