I work in tech and remote so I work as I travel and live full time in my RV. If you aren't a remote worker who needs connectivity, this park is fairly nice. If you are a remote worker who needs connectivity, this park will not work for you. You will have to head to town and work from Starbucks everyday. The park WIFI might as well not exist. There are several connection points and all of them frequently drop, or are super slow. Don't count on the wifi working. We have Verizon and at times we had 1 bar of LTE but it is super slow. Most of the time we had only 3G. Even with our Weboost and a mifi we could not get a reliable signal strong enough to work.Pros: Clean, Quiet, Inexpensive, spacious lots, general store on premiseCons: WIFI is garbage - never works, virtually no cellular signal, grass lots (lots of bugs and if they water before you setup it feels like a swamp).

  • Ok for overnight, but not for longer. Off the beaten path

The campground WiFi barely worked and Verizon even with a booster was slow. AT&T does not exist at all. The laundry was adequate, but not the cleanest. The bathroom and showers were clean, but need repair. Half of the campground was filled with long term residents. Our site was grassy and under trees which is great in the summer heat. The site are close together, but not bad at the time we were there because there were no other transient campers. Our site 49 was water and electric only. Full hookup sites were closer to the office and not as shaded. The internal roads were gravel.

Upon arrival, we found a map on the office door with our assigned site number and a note that the office with store will be open from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. All of the workers we encountered during our stay were super nice. There are lots of permanent residents here, some sites are neater than others. Interior roadways are gravel/dirt. Sites are on grass. There is a table and fire pit at each transient site. We had a 30 amp site with water, no sewer. There is a dump station on site. Most of the transient sites are on the back row of the campground. There are trees that line the sites on the back row (sites 5 through 23). While the trees do offer shade (and it was 100 degrees while we were there), if the residents behind the last row have their vehicles in the roadway, you will most likely have to make a couple of attempts at getting into the site, especially if in a larger rig (we are 40'). For the most part, the campground was peaceful and quiet. We didn't use the pool, but it appeared clean. Although I didn't check out the women's shower/restroom, my husband reported that the men's shower area was clean and an ample size, with a dressing area and hooks to hang items. There was no fenced dog area that we saw, but there are plenty of areas to walk them. Verizon data and cell service worked well most of the time, but Verizon data seemed a bit squirrelly in the early mornings. There were a few OTA channels, no cable. Although we were using only one air conditioner, our breaker popped the second day (Friday) we were there. We alerted management and they switched out the breaker promptly. The following day, it was between 95 and 100 degrees and the breaker popped again, still with only one air conditioner running. All of the transient sites were full and there wasn't enough voltage to supply the demand. Many of the RVers left Sunday morning and we didn't have any further electrical issues.
