This is an RV park tucked next to a 55+ mobile home community. Tina and John are the hosts and super accommodating. We relocated here for 7 months during winter/COVID and we have had a great time! The mobile park community is very welcoming, residents walk by with dogs all the time and one gave us some fresh rockfish that he caught that day! There’s a rec room with pool table, tv, card table, dart board, shuffleboard, corn hole to play outside. All sites have full hookups and free WiFi. The WiFi is decent for remote work, but we had to rely on our Verizon hot spot on occasion. It’s quiet, and only a few miles from the beach and downtown Gold Beach. The Rogue River is close and this park seems popular with anglers. We had a great spot with a concrete slab which was perfect for setting up chairs for BBQing. We will definitely be back!
