This park was right behind the flying j and we pulled in, the front desk was closed so you do your own register and we found a spot. They do have cement pads, cable is offered but terrible signal, our analog TV was better and the wifi was very low. We asked the neighbors what the login was. They do have showers and laundry and there was a lot of long term people park, so it felt safe. Noice was ok and we slept well after boondocking for the last 3 days.

Our site was quiet, nice and an easy in and out. Staff is very nice, bathrooms and showers are nice with plenty of hot water and pressure. It’d be nice to have a bench in the shower stall and paper towels instead of those useless air dry machines. It’s next door to a truck stop and Shell/McDonalds which is handy.
Easy overnight

The only real downside is that the residents are allowed to pile up junk and our view was of abandoned vehicles in storage.
A decent place for passing through

There are many people living here and the sites are very close to one another. The facilities are good and well maintained. It is not the best option if you want to be close to the heart of Eugene, but you can get there easily via Coburg Road. Camping World is very close by (we walked) if you need anything.
