We stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. We had 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. It rained the whole weekend, but it is a gorgeous place. We were lucky to get a spot with a short walk to a shallow wading area of the river. There were full hook up pull through sites, and ours was a back-in site that had water and electricity. We l...moreWe stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. We had 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. It rained the whole weekend, but it is a gorgeous place. We were lucky to get a spot with a short walk to a shallow wading area of the river. There were full hook up pull through sites, and ours was a back-in site that had water and electricity. We loved the petting zoo and bunnies that roam. The play area is nice. There was not a lot of privacy between the full hook up sites. But ours was decent with a row of shrubs to block out the next site.Yes, there are rules, but we didn't find them excessive at all. The bathhouse and campsites are really clean. I think the only thing that could be better would be a dumpster by the dump station. We didn't know where to take our trash, so we brought it home since we were ready to go. We want to come back again. Great place!

This place used to be so much more peaceful. When I was there there were long-term residents. Loud 4x4 trucks pulling in and out. it is advertised as a good place for families. They need to get a handle on this park.

This is a nice family owned Campground just 2 miles off highway 30 near the small town of Clatskanie, Oregon. The Nahalem river runs along the perimeter of the campground. They offer full hookup sites some 50amp and others are 30amp. Plenty of space between sites. Fire rings and picnic tables at most sites. They offer a bath house ...moreThis is a nice family owned Campground just 2 miles off highway 30 near the small town of Clatskanie, Oregon. The Nahalem river runs along the perimeter of the campground. They offer full hookup sites some 50amp and others are 30amp. Plenty of space between sites. Fire rings and picnic tables at most sites. They offer a bath house with showers and restrooms. One of the nicer campgrounds in the area that offer discounted rates for monthly stays. Wifi signal is great and the speed is good.
