As others have stated, most of the RV sites have full time residents. For us, it was May, and we didn't have reservations anywhere along the coast for Independence Day. Met the basic needs of 30 amp electric and FHU. Lots of options for day trips in and around the area. Really enjoyed Whaleshead Beach, but we won't be back.
Not a good spot for rvs

This is a beautiful location and the cabins and resort are pretty and well kept. The area for rvs however is full of full time people with broken down cars and barking dogs. There website doesn't show RV spots, but I called and they do have them. Full hookups, no park wifi in that area. $50 a night plus lodging tax.
A good home base for exploring the coast

This RV park has sites that are kind of close together, but they are on a hill and the terracing helps to make it feel less cramped. Our site (A-11) didn't have ocean views, but it did have an awesome wooden deck. It's located in one of the most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. There's a trail to the beach from he RV park, but it's a little dicy, and my dog with arthritis couldn't make it. The park is clean and well maintained and we'd stay here again.
