Fir Ridge campground was awash with colorful flowers and shrubs in late July. The campground is filled with full-timers whom you rarely encounter. There is only one spot available to overnighting and it has 30 amp/ water but no sewer hookup. Our 30 foot rig just fit and the tow parked elsewhere. There is and electrical sub station within a hundred feet of you and you can hear the hum from itThere is NO dump station on the property, so plan accordingly! You will carry it all out with you!The laundry room is clean and provides two washers and two dryers. They have one men’s toilet and one women’s. However there is only one shower for everyone, which was clean, but is in need of updating. There is a large teepee on the grassy area for campers. They are dog friendly. A trail through the woods can be found across the road that is approximately two mile out and back and a nice walk.
