So the search is always for suitable campgrounds and RV parks that don't feel like a paved, crowded parking lot. This one meets all the important criteria. Price reflects weekly summer rate. Stayed two nights then a week! Electric & water hookups only, no sewer. (A pump-out service is available, and it's quick access to a dump station across the freeway at Bullards Beach state park.) What a hidden gem this RV park is, just north of Bandon. The long-term tenants are quiet, respectful (and tidy), as well as the summer fishermen. It's in a very natural setting, backs up to the Bandon Marsh (but very few mosquitoes). Sites vary widely in length and width. The cleanest, nicest bathrooms I've ever seen in any RV park! Camp hosts are all super-friendly and very helpful. :)Bandon is a small coastal town with ocean views & sea stacks, nice beaches and a lighthouse! Cute little "old town" area with a big flea market every day, and farmer's market on Saturdays. You can fish off the pier or rent a boat. Lots of great little restaurants—be sure and get the fish tacos at Bandon Bait! Also visit the "Art by the Sea" gallery, a local cooperative with some very talented artists & photographers.
Not the place for us..

We had a nice large site but will not be staying here again as quite a few permanent residents and there was a lot of pot smoking going on. One gentleman seemed to have the pot and quite a few other permanent residents knew that was the place to go to so they were always going over to smoke whatever he had in his (bong) I guess it was called. I did inform management about it before leaving and said we would not be returning if this is what goes on here.. lots of other nice Rv parks in Bandon we will choose from now on .

There seemed to be numerous permanent residents, and one old wreck of a trailer, but the campground was spotlessly clean and everyone was very friendly. It was never full during my stay in the first week of June. My $29 daily rate reflects a weekly rate of $200. The campground has water/electric hookups, but no full hookups or dump station. The only problem I had was the size of my site. I booked a standard site, but they changed my reservation to a small site because the one I reserved was going to be dug up for electrical work. The small site was just long enough for my 21 ft trailer, but the space for parking my truck alongside was completely inadequate, and I had to park within 1 foot of the picnic table. There was a nice view across some wetlands out the back of the site.Verizon 4G was good with 3 bars, 4 Mbps down and 4 up.
Wonderful surprise!

What a gem of a spot to stumble upon! Nice sized spaces, excellent new bathroom facility with hot showers. Very clean, quiet park. Very nice staff. Only spent one night due to travel plans but I will return. Went to sleep with the stars and woke with birds. Unfortunately, I did not take photos of this park.
