Great caretakers. The pond wasn’t much of a swimming hole. The parking spots we very small and not at all level. They had full hookups at every site.Great short term spot to stop.

  • Couldn't stay -- ZERO T-Mobile signal

They were very nice. When we arrived, there is a bit of a downhill grade to pull in, bear in mind we are in a 44' Fifth Wheel. You pull into a little valley.Unfortunately, I couldn't even place a call to be shown to our spot. Zero signal. And that meant zero hotspot signal, too. Working from the road, it just wasn't an option. I was sad to have to back up and pull out, and spend the next several hours trying to find a replacement location for our next three weeks. If Campendium had a review, showing the T-Mobile signal, we would've known. I'm adding it now, hopefully for others in the future. I will base my numbers below on what I could see.The $12 rate is based on a $375/30 monthly rate.

Quiet small private park. With my cell booster I had four bars and almost 50 download and 14 upload. I was very happy with this. We had excellent TV service with only an antenna.
