Access is easy, and the sites are large, pull-through sites that our 36' + toad easily fit on, without un-hooking. The coach was able to level easily. Stayed a second night when the recent storm with snow and high winds threatened driving on I-40. The store has minimal supplies, (no dairy products, for instance), but it was a pleasure getting what we could there and talking with the really sweet people that run the place. Not aware of any cable, bathroom or shower facilities, but we weren't looking for those. Would have given it five stars if there were more of these things. Not a lot to do in the area, it was supposed to be an overnight for us, but we would definitely stay here again if we were passing through.

We only stayed one night and did not use the laundry, so I can’t speak to that. They were friendly and helpful, and we will come again. The only issue was the gully on the way out - with our front-wheel drive Explorer we had to get a run at it to get up and out.

Check in was quick & easy and Loren led us to site 18. We later asked to move to site 14 for more shade and they had no problems accommodating our request. Both gravel sites were level and all hookups worked great. We did not partake of their dinners offered, but others in the park said they were delicious. The property has a walking trail that goes by a pond and then behind the property. It was a great place to see the evening sunsets! They also have a playground for the kids and a storm shelter if needed. Onsite laundry is $1/wash, $1/dry. There is wifi, but we did use our T-Mobile and Verizon hotspots for streaming. Price reflects a weekly rate. We left a day early due to incoming storms. They sent us a text as we were leaving thanking us for staying. We would definitely stay here again. (Photo is of site 14, not 24...can't edit my typo)Tip: For $2 you can swim in the Sayre City public pool. Nearest groceries are in Elk City.

Nice playground. There is a storm shelter in case of a tornado. They check you in at their convenience store. They sell catfish, shrimp or chicken meals. It was delicious. The owners are wonderful. Very helpful and always respond to your needs.

With full hookups and great rates, this family owned and operated park is the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. They have a walking path, laundry room and free WiFi along with an office/convenience store that has gas, diesel and propane exchange. Even with being close to I-40, the road traffic is only a light background noise. The city of Sayre has a grocery store, two truck stops, RV/Truck self-wash bays, propane refill and fast food options. There are two local parks to take the family to and burn off some energy. There’s a small playground to entertain the little humans, and a nice path around the park to get the doggos some exercise before tossing them back in the truck for another day of driving. The park has a dinner delivery option (shrimp or catfish tonight) and a little c-store where we were able to pick up a six pack of beer. Park wifi is slow (0.7 down, 0.5 up), but thats the norm at RV parks, so we bring our own as we both work remote. Without an antenna or booster the AT&T hotspot device got 22 up, 17 down, latency 74. iPhone on Verizon 4G 12 up, 3.5 down, latency 76.

We found Bobcat Creek here on Campendium and decided to give it a shot for a few reasons. The monthly rate was the cheapest I’ve seen in our 9 months of full timing. We paid a flat rate of $375 for a FHU back in site, which included NON METERED (RARE) electric, and unlimited laundry access (SUPER RARE). We arrived and checked in at the C-Store at the front entrance to the park, which has snacks, drinks, beer, and tons of RV necessities should you need them. Lauren’s wife also cooks up some incredible food and has a nightly menu. You can even call them and they will bring your food to your site. The chicken and catfish were incredible! We were greeted by the owner, Lauren, who is super kind, pleasant, and accommodating. We hopped in his Polaris to head down to the sites and he showed us many that were available and let us have our pick. We chose site #8 because it was mostly level, and backs up to a wooded area. He then gave us a full tour of the property and showed us the small trail system that people use to walk their dogs. Lauren then brought us back up to our rig and he escorted us back down to the site, helped us park, and asked if we needed anything else. This park is more of an RV Park than it is a “campground”. No fire rings/grills at the sites, but there is a common area with a fire pit, seating, and horseshoes/corn hole games. There are more long term tenants than transients, but we saw many people come through for a few nights. There are no showers, so you’ll need to be self contained if you plan to stay here. This wasn’t an issue for us. There were no unsightly rigs, or noisy guests. It’s right off I-40 down in a valley, so the highway noise is a factor, but if the wind is blowing the right direction, you won’t hear a thing. We used the walking trails nearly every day, and it was so nice to end the work day with a mile long walk with the dogs. The park is very well kept and we really enjoyed our month long stay here while we waited for the temps to get warmer in the north. Lauren and his wife run a tight ship, and really love what they do. You can tell.
