Pros: Management is polite and responsive. The park is clean and quiet (if away from the road). It’s in the middle of an area with horses and cows so has the accompanying smells if that would bother you. There is a well maintained pool and laundry. Had one issue with the electric and it was fixed the next day. Cons: the entrance is difficult to get in and out of with a camper (single wide entrance and a 90 degree turn). They will tell you they have internet, you find out later it’s only in the clubhouse. You realize after buying an extender that it’s intermittent and you can’t really use it because it kicks you off. The pads are gravel and the site is on an incline. Rain washes any level you’ve set away and causes you to have to re level if you stay long.
