I stayed here with my wife when this place first opened. Signed a contract that included our monthly rate and that the electric was included. Management tried to change the contract without warning or consent to raise rates and charge electric, and threatened to sue when we said that he would be breaching our contract by changing the terms without a new contract ( the old contract did not have any clause stating that rates or terms could change ). I wouldn’t do business with them again.
