Seems to be 90% or more seasonal or permanent residents, but it’s an attractive property with several nice 50 amp full hookup pull thru transient sites up front. We stopped for 2 nights and would definitely return and perhaps stay a week. There’s some noise from the nearby interstate highway, but it’s not bad. The water has a metal or mineral smell. Probably perfectly safe, but I wouldn’t drink it if I didn’t have to.
