RV resort by folks who don't understand RV's. Facility has growing pains to fix.

Touted as an "Outdoor Luxury Resort" this place has a lot of issues to overcome. Granted, it's brand new, only opening in July 2021. Sites in the "100" zone where we stayed are narrow asphalt, barely wide enough for the coach. A very small parking spot (compact car only?) is confusingly located on the other side of the site number sign. The "patio" is located at the rear of the site leaving the door exiting into a muddy morass of barely growing grass and some hay laid down when the grass was planted. The sites are at reverse angle to each other in the same lane, so unless you reviewed the Google satellite photo first you can find yourself doing u-turns to back in at the right angle. The check-in process was slow. I thought I had a site already when I booked online, but no. The desk guy pointed to the area and told me to pick a site. I picked the best one I could find, but there are no quiet sites. You're sandwiched between I71 on one side and busy Kings Mill road on the other. The staff is undertrained and unable to answer basic questions about the resort. Oh, and the nightly fireworks over at Kings Island amusement park. Every night. If you have nervous dogs this isn't the place for you. They do run shuttles over to the venues. Fast food is very close as are breweries and restaurants. Downtown Cincinnati is about 30 minutes via I71.The bathrooms and showers are clean and modern. The washers and dryers are $2.00 and take credit card only. There are two pools, one for families and another for over 21 adults only that's accessible to a walk-up bar. We sat at the bar one evening and chatted with an unhappy bartender. Her manager is 19 years old. The tap beer was warm due to a broken cooler. The "full bar" liquor option was severely limited.Personally, I didn't think this place was a good value for the money and they have a lot of fixing to do. Maybe it'll mature into a premier park.
