We were scared to death of the situation. The owner gives no refunds nor negotiates with a reasonable accommodation or with an isolated incident. Nor does she allow a trade. We offered to come back in a week and even add another night if she would allow us to trade our paid up time. No dice. This is very poor relations with your customers, we feel . My husband and I both have heart health issues and felt it's better to stay safe than be sorry. I will never stay there again. $178.00 for one night is ridiculous. Also the dumpster area was full of trash on the ground. We used rubber gloves and picked most of it up and threw it out. The entrance road is full of potholes. This place is no "resort" as they name themselves. We wonder if Good Sam's checks up on places like this.
