Nice campground with good size sites. At least ours was. Sites are fairly level and gravel. They have cable which is good since there is a lot of tree coverage. My neighbors tried to get satellite and had difficulty getting a signal. Very nice set up for hook ups. Easy access to river and can tube in it it’s shallow. Very pet friendly as there are multiple places to walk your dog. Gave this place a 3 star due to traffic noise. Very busy day and night on 302. I would have no problem staying here again but only as a short stay or pass through for this reason. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is little to no cell service here. I have 0-1 bar for AT&T. Teen mobile is 0 bars. Don’t have Verizon so don’t know about that service. They have WiFi that worked good for our needs. Thank goodness.

This is one of the most picturesque little campgrounds we have been to, and our site backed right up to the calm, babbling river. Unfortunately, we are full timers who work from home and there was absolutely no cell service here, and the KOA provided wifi did not work. We ended up having to move to another campground for the week, then came back for Friday and Saturday night. The manager was extremely kind when I asked for a refund due to our situation. If you are looking for a nice weekend getaway, this is your spot!
