This place pretty much covers all the bases if you’re looking for a place where you would like to spend time at the campground. Two pools, big playground for the kids, zip line, general store, sandwich shop, putt putt, laser tag, hiking trails, basketball court, live music on the weekends. Just a bonus that it’s only a few minutes from Granville and all the shops and restaurants in that charming little town. We will definitely be back!

The campground also offers food in Snappy's Hut, but we were not able to enjoy it. We were greeted at the store/office by two wonderful staff members! One of the ladies showed us our lot by golf cart. Super easy to set up and the lot was fairly level. Plenty of room for our car too. Lots of activities for kids and adults offered. We were not able to use the pool or most of the other fun activities they offer due to get togethers away from the park, but they offer Basketball, Sand Volleyball, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard and Sand Tennis, a nice pool and splash area. We enjoyed a few games of Putt-Putt. There is a nice playground too, but the coolest attraction is a challenge course. You have to pay for the experience, but it was a great experience for our nephew! I will include a picture at the end. The staff is wonderful and they offer many themed weeks with activities most days. I was sad that we missed making candy (during candy week) and playing a giant live version of CandyLand where the people move around the spaces. I believe there is also a paint ball course. We enjoyed walking around the campground and playing in the creek. It is not deep and has several picnic tables nearby. There is also a shaded dog park. Overall we enjoyed the park. I rated the camping spot at five stars. We picked a lot without a patio due to cost, but still feel it was a nice spot. While there, be sure to visit The Works (https://attheworks.org-a wonderful Museum for Kids and adults) and Dawes Arboretum (free).
