Not a particulary glamorous sight, but excellent full-service including year-round water and the best Wi-Fi we've experienced. The owner takes pride in her service, including better directional signage than many KOAs. Watch for the last hair-pin right turn. Instead, use the large parking lot on the left to get a better aproach angle. Made a reservation here for a one-night stop on a long trip home... we arrived to find a muddy lot in a run-down neighborhood that was difficult to find... lots of bugs so we stayed inside & left promptly in the morning... and its current condition I would not recommend staying here even for one night there's other places you can find....moreMade a reservation here for a one-night stop on a long trip home... we arrived to find a muddy lot in a run-down neighborhood that was difficult to find... lots of bugs so we stayed inside & left promptly in the morning... and its current condition I would not recommend staying here even for one night there's other places you can find.. the owner was pleasant to deal with and we had full hook-up

However, we were desperate to be near family and this provided us with a 90 minute travel time, so we were willing to risk it.I made a month-stay reservation with a full payment about 5 days before we were to show up. The day before we showed up I discovered that WV had closed it's private parks to new arrivals. I got on the phone and after some back and forth, explaining we were not going to risk arrest or eviction, that we had to cancel. I was a bit miffed when the news report claimed the order was in place BEFORE I made the reservation, and that she took our money anyway.I'm still waiting for my refund and am about to call my CC company to lodge a challenge to the charge. I'm sorry, but I would not consider staying there for any reason considering my experience with the person on the other end of the phone.Update: I finally got my money back, but had to place a claim through Cap1 to get them to return my call.
