Can’t beat the price and location for beachside camping! Spots are tight and are not big rig friendly. We camped in our truck camper for nine days. Water and electric. If you are looking for amenities and fancy, this is not the place for you. Bathrooms and showers were very dated, but were clean and operable. Lots of families,...moreCan’t beat the price and location for beachside camping! Spots are tight and are not big rig friendly. We camped in our truck camper for nine days. Water and electric. If you are looking for amenities and fancy, this is not the place for you. Bathrooms and showers were very dated, but were clean and operable. Lots of families, beach dwellers and people fishing. The family that manages the campground are super nice and accommodating! Weekends were packed, but it was still very quiet and peaceful as most everyone is at the beach all day, and whooped by nightfall. Would definitely stay again.

This campground was perfect for our stay on Topsail Island! The ocean was just over the dunes, you could hear the waves crashing, and everyone was very friendly! Mix of long-term renters and short-term stays. Sites are close together, but plenty of room on the beach! This is a nice campground with lots of permanent residents. The front desk has their act together, and we checked in seamlessly. There were plenty of folks running around on their golf carts, but they were all careful around us walkers. The few other campers I spoke with were nice.
