My husband was diagnosed with an advanced stage of lymphoma cancer and we needed to cancel our spring camping plans at 4 campgrounds. Three of the 4 understood and gave us a refund. Down by the River Campground only gave us the option to use the credit for one year and my husbands treatment will last longer than a year. I am very disappointed in their lack of compassion.

Nice park. No cable but wifi worked great at my site.Many seasonal sites but well maintained.55+ Mostly Floridians escaping the heat.BR parkway couple miles away.Spacious sites.Very little road noise.A little smell from concrete plant near but only when wind was right and only on weekdays.
