Most of the sites back up the a creek and are all very accessible. The restrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. The road to get the the campground is very winding but not impossible to drive. This is a great place to stay if you have motorcycle or a sportscar as it is very close to the Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, etc...It is located in a valley surround by mountains so cell service is unavailable.

Since this campground remote, we had to travel to see all the waterfalls, cherohala, tellico, etc. we loved the peaceful, quiet Nites. This site was uneven and the rain made it a little hard to stay dry. Cell service is not existent, but that is for the entire area in the mountains. WiFi was only available near the office area. Bathrooms were clean, little outdated, but very comfortable. Strongly recommend this campsite.

Looked for a quiet place and found it. Very dog friendly as my best friend Lucy can attest.
