Most of the sites are long-term campers. Mature trees, but sites are tightly packed. Our assigned site was up front near the highway and road noise was very loud all night long. Also, the garbage trucks came to empty dumpsters in the wee hours of the morning and several of our neighbor campers must leave for work starting their noisy engines between 5:30-7:00am. This was annoying for us because we were on vacation. The only reason for the “No, wouldn’t stay there again” is because of the location of our site and lousy road noise. The premises were kept very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially helpful for backing in to campsite. No campfire rings or grills at individual sites. But a nice lifetime picnic table was at every campsite. There is a small stocked pond for fishing. And covered picnic tables for community use on each loop. We used their laundry facilities and they were clean. There is a community center, but not sure what daily or weekly activities are scheduled, but they did bring in a local BBQ food truck one night during our stay.

We were here for about 2 months for a work assignment nearby. The website advertises spacious wooded sites but you are literally 10 ft from your neighbor. Apart from the trees bordering the property, most of the other trees are tiny as they have recently been planted so they don’t provide any shade or privacy. It also says it’s quiet but the park is right on a busy main road. We had to call the office a handful of times and 9/10 times no one answers or calls back. We saw that the office usually wasn’t open during its scheduled hours. Their website says they are 30/50 amp compatible and we found out only when we arrived that all the spots are set up for 50 amp so we had to go to the store and buy an adapter. It’s listed on their website now but was not a few months ago nor was it mentioned on our booking calls. We had a huge ant problem while there which we called in a couple of times. Sometimes we got less than an hour's notice that our water would be turned off. They don’t enforce their rules (even listed on their website) about keeping your space tidy (or having an RV in good condition)so tons of people have things littering their yards which makes it an eyesore. I’m not talking about bicycles and chairs etc but junk. I also feel that since they have a ton of people that clearly stay their long term that they should have big dumpsters. They have multiple stations throughout the park but they’re made up of 4 small standard-sized garbage bins to an area and it is not big enough for the amount of people/trash disposed of. The lids were often off the bins and overflowing as only a bag or 2 fits in each bin. I’m sure this contributed to their large population of stray cats.Someone charged my card without authorization. It’s not my fault that no one was there on a weekend to check us in. The host said I could settle up with the office on Monday. I called the office about the unauthorized charge and they claimed they sent an email which they did not as we didn’t have a problem receiving any of their other emails.I'm sure the owner will have a response to this review as I see they do on the others but I’ll wrap it up to say that I wouldn’t have been so dissatisfied with the experience if they had been more honest about what their park is like. In my opinion, their website and park map give a misleading representation of what their park is actually like. I’m sure one day it has the potential to be that good but it’s just not there at this time.

The owners (Lance & Hannah and Scott & Daniella) have been working hard to transform this park into a boutique RV Park. They are out every day doing something to improve it! When we were there, they were planting lots of trees (it already has beautiful large oak trees), adding gravel to RV pads and burying overhead electric and cable lines. So, if you don’t want to see renovation in progress, wait just a bit to stay at this park. If you love noise, then this park has it - just outside the park is I295, train tracks a half mile away (lots of them day and night) and a busy New Kings Road. Also a fire station up the road and a hospital nearby brought additional traffic and sirens. Currently, there are many seasonal workers which sometime leave very in the morning with their diesel pickups. We felt very safe though, so in our books that trumps everything! The nearest grocery store (Publix) was 10 miles away and the Atlantic Ocean was 45 minutes away, so it was always an adventure going anywhere. There is no pool or hot tub, so if you are expecting that, look elsewhere. They did, however, have recycling and a mailroom you could use - things we love to see in RV parks! The specifics about our site #155: the site was tight with your neighbor being right outside your door. There is a small concrete slab that we believe was designed for trailers, as our Class A steps didn’t land on it. The site had full hookups and electricity was included in the monthly cost. The WIFI was upgraded when we were there and we could easily stream anything we wanted, even with the park full! There were lots of OTA TV channels and the AT&T signal was 4 bars 5G with excellent up and download speeds. We will be watching as the renovations are being completed in the future.
