Quaint little hilltop park. Gravel pads, fairly level. Common areas clean as a button and decorated with a female flair. Large activity building in relation to the number of sites. A class and super large 5th wheels should avoid unless you are experienced maneuvering in tight spots. Management really cares and it shows.

  • Just a place to park, not much there.

Circle of sites on a ridge just off Hwy 70. Many units are long-term. Small tent area. One hiking trail with 85 foot decline. Common building. Laundry with propane dryers damaged two fleece blankets ... manager just said she would have dryer checked but no offer to take anything off bill for damage.

  • Clean, quiet, easy.

Check in was simple, the host lives on-site. We called a few hours ahead and she was very pleasant and said to take our time getting there, spots were available. Our site (B14) was a large pull-through with hookups, level and close to the super-clean bathhouse. We took HOT showers before bed, had a great, quiet night of sleep and left around 7am. A short stay but we’d definitely visit again. I chose 4 stars only because we didn’t fully experience the campground so I can’t speak on the other features and amenities.

Laundry room was nice and the bathrooms were well kept. We arrived around Halloween and the decorations were adorable. Overall this park was nice and well kept, with a large great room that barely anyone used. The neighbors were quiet and friendly and dog friendly.

  • Nice little campground! Quiet and private.

Signs warned you to swing wide. I would really hate to meet another RV coming from the other direction, so be aware as you enter. Check in was speedy. We were given a pull through which was nice. About 25% of the sites seem to be seasonal, some neat, some not-so-neat. Escorted to the site. Cable TV worked well. We were away from the camp office where the WiFi source was, but our external WiFi antenna had no problem picking up the signal. EXCELLENT Verizon signal - 4 bars of 4G, probably because the cell towers (multiple) were on the same hill and could be seen from the site. There is a small hiking trail which is probably best used for walking dogs since it wasn't much of a hike. The rec hall was large and was set up for large groups. It had a wrap around porch with rocking chairs and swings that we made use of. In summer, there isn't much a view due to the foliage. I imagine in the fall the view is stunning. We would stay here again.
