Small gated campground nestled in hills of suburban Hickory. Several sites, including #14, back up to Henry river and there are stairs leading down to the water’s edge. The camp flooded in heavy rains several weeks ago but owner is almost finished repairing the damaged sites. Camp has electric and water hook ups, dump site and laundry but no bathroom/ showers so you need to be self contained. Very nice people.
