Price reflects FHU, pull-thru site on fairly level concrete, using veteran's discount. This is really not a "campground." Essentially no amenities and seems like most folks live here longer term. It was quiet, seemed safe and was close to our mechanic. We were very pleased with staff who allowed us to stay some extra days without making us move, and even refunded a night we had overbooked. We had acceptable Verizon and AT&T but the wi-fi the church offered was unusable at our location. Pool/hot tub closed. Laundry was as preciously described so we were challenged to squeeze our needs between hotel's use. Town doesn't offer much but nearby Corvallis and Eugene do. Some nearby factory and train noise, but not a problem for us. Pretty down by the river. We'd stay again if in the area for RV service/repair.

First thing- the property name has changed to Life Northwest RV & Lodging. We stayed here while working for the last 6 months before heading out traveling. The monthly rate was $515 with no internet, $565 with internet. Once we got to the last few days of our stay we weren’t on the monthly rate and I think the daily rate worked out to $40. Big rigs fit just fine. There are maybe 30-40 spaces. My understanding that they fill up most spaces for longer term rentals and then have 4 pull through sites that are for short term. In the summer they fill up quickly. There is a small hotel (pet friendly) that has two full sized bathrooms with showers that can be used by RV guests. They have a laundry room with 3 washers & 2 dryers (third dryer was broken the entire time we stayed). Loads are $1 each and are on regular house style machines, not industrial. The wash was a good rate, but dryers were really easy to overload so they wouldn’t dry. While $1 got you an hour of drying, it was more efficient to take wet clothes to the laundromat just down the road in town to dry ($0.25/ 5 min in an industrial dryer where light weight clothes could be dry in 10-15 min). Also- the hotel uses the machines for their laundry, so early morning or super late at night were the best times to be able to use the machines. The RV park also has a pool/hot tub at the rear of the property. The staff is very friendly. They do accept mail/packages for you. The sites are incredibly close (except for the pull through sites- those seemed to have an okay, but still limited, amount of space between). We had to keep our rig parked in an exact place in order for our awning to extend without hitting the neighbor and for the neighbor on our other side to be able to extend their awning. With awnings extended, there was maybe 5 inches of space between our rig & the neighbors (and the same would go for the other side of us when their awning was extended). The weird thing here is the property is split around a church. (Technically, I believe the resort is a separate entity, but has deep ties with the church.) You do NOT have to be a member of their congregation. The main driveway coming in has RV spaces on either side, but only the south (left) side is used for RVs. The other side is used for tripling up parking during church functions. It was a quiet setting but on a Sunday at mid day it can be difficult to drive a regular sized car (much less an RV) out when the church traffic is in full swing. The church goers mostly leave you alone but we did have two runins with who we think is one of the leaders or maybe the head guy of the church. The last experience was the day before we checked out (also the day before their big yearly celebration). We had a friend stop by to say good bye and they parked their car in the RV space across the driveway from us. It was about 9 PM. The guy came over and said we had to move the car. We answered that it would be gone by morning, as would we. He left us alone, but there is no overflow parking for the RV Park. All of the parking lot is owned by the church and they had just put out a notice a few days prior that we would be towed if we used church parking without paying an extra monthly parking fee (which was primarily directed at long term renters with extra cars). It begged the question- where should we have guests park? We weren’t going to be around long enough to worry about finding out. I marked that we would stay again, but really, only in a pinch. The interaction with the church guy left a bad taste. His bedside manner in addressing situations that raised concern for him was poor.
