We stayed for 3 months. There are no amenities, but they include $100 of electricity in the monthly rate which made things very simple as we did not go over our allotment even with running the AC unit for days on end. It is a mix of mobile homes and campers with more campers. The sites are very spacious and there are lots of green fields for dog walking. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The biggest draw for me was the fact that we could get mail delivered. Not just UPS but USPS too! They even offer mailbox keys to those that stay more than a month. Beyond that, the Walmart is bikable but route 70 is a bit high volume for my liking. The area is very quiet and quite a few shady sites with little accents like patios bordered with flowers. Oh, and you have to eat at Fiestas Mexicanas if you stay here!I work on the road and need solid cell/mobile reception and this covered the base very well. Solid signal and plenty of throughput for video calls and streaming.
