Right off the highway, so real convenient, No amenities, but very friendly and helpful staff. Be aware, they do not take charge cards, so cash or check only. I stayed her for a few nights over the holiday weekend. It sits just off the interstate near an airport. That means the place has a lot of noise around it. The campground is actually quiet in terms of neighbors, but the area is noisy. It sits just off the interstate near an airport. That means the place has a lot of noise around it. The campground is actually quiet in terms of neighbors, but the area is noisy. I wasn't worried about the noise because most of the day I wasn't there.The lots are gravel, yet mostly level. I was on a corner pull thru lot that sloped toward the road, but it wasn't difficult to level my RV.The power pedestal was clean with both 50 and 30 amp service. The water spigot was below ground in a covered hole. The sewer access was next to the water.The grounds are very clean and there is a convenience store just outside the grounds. Check in was easy and I was guided to my spot by Ralph.

Very friendly staff that made check in so easy. We were late getting in, so a gentlemen met us on the road and escorted us to our site. Then told us to just come pay in the morning.The lots are gravel, but were easy to level into. In the area that we stayed in, majority of campers are full time residents. Then told us to just come pay in the morning.The lots are gravel, but were easy to level into. In the area that we stayed in, majority of campers are full time residents. All very nice and quiet, until the people in the work vehicle lot behind us tried to get in their vehicles. Car alarms would randomly go off and nobody was in a hurry to silence them.Very dog friendly, great field to walk the dogs. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in Charlotte.
