The spot she gave us was grass so I had to check and there was old gravel underneath. It’s been raining a good bit here so if you have ever had to pull a coach out of the mud you don’t jump into soft ground. My spot was large enough that I didn’t have to disconnect my van off it’s tow-dolly so that’s a plus. Over it’s fine for a $21 spot for a night. There is a good bit of Highway noise but not over the top. If your not expecting a RV resort it’s fine.

We got in late at night and just pulled in and found a spot open, then paid in the morning at the office. The lady in the office is so friendly! Bathrooms were clean. Gazebo was pretty. There is some noise from the highway. We’ll definitely come again if we’re ever in town.

  • Nice and quiet

Even though this campground is older and near the interstate, it was very quiet and great to stay at. No pool, no playground, but does have full hookups, laundry, showers, small store, catch and release pond and sites are very shady. Great for couples with no kids. No dog runs, but they are allowed as long as they are on a lease. B...moreEven though this campground is older and near the interstate, it was very quiet and great to stay at.
